About Jill Morinello:

Jill Morinello is founder of the recently established Niagara Tea Institute. She is a post secondary graduate of the Hospitality Program at Niagara College, an entrepreneur and a restaurateur with almost 20 years experience in the tourism industry.

Jill has a passion for anything tea and looks forward to her soon to be status as certified tea expert through her completed training from the Specialty Tea Institute. She is proprietor and resident Tea Baristea of the Lido Tea Market in Niagara Falls.

As an expert Baristea, Jill is a regular contributor of weekly info "the teaze" for radio and newspaper in Niagara, ON. In 2007 Jill will launch the Niagara Tea Institute- Canada’s source for tea training.

Coinciding with the launch of The Civility Group Inc. Online Learning Centre, the Civility Group Inc. is pleased to announce Paula Wilhelm, currently the Director of US Affiliate Operations, has accepted an expanded role to include Online Programs Manager.

In addition to contributing content and editing expertise to the Civility Group Inc. programs and curriculum, Paula has been an integral part of the company’s vision for online learning. She has facilitated the online adaptation of The Civility Group’s civility materials to date and will continue to manage the marketing, sales, updates, and administration of the Learning Centre.

A successful entrepreneur, author, and practiced trainer, writer, and speaker, Wilhelm – a Canadian who now resides in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, joined The Civility Group Inc. as an affiliate. Paula achieved her certification as an etiquette expert in 2004 and having experienced much success operating her own company GoodManners.ca - soon to be expanded to GoodMannersUSA.com, she continues to promote respect and civility under The Civility Group umbrella.

After graduating from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Paula  completed a certificate in Public Relations at Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning. Ms. Wilhelm has more than 15 years of experience in customer service, training, event planning and fundraising. In her capacity as Director of US Affiliate Operations for The Civility Group Ms. Wilhelm acts as liaison to people who wish to become certified trainers, to the media, and to organizations and corporations who require in-house training. She will now add online program management and administrator to her repertoire.
