The International Institute of Civility,(IIC) a division of The Civility Group Inc. is the Canadian head office for the development of crosscultural etiquette and communication. The IIC works with community, academic and not-for-profit groups to promote and teach crosscultural and diversity programs as well as respect and leadership- in our homes, schools, and communities all over the world. The International Institute of Civility offers a range of programs on topics related to Canadian Customs, Multi-Cultural Etiquette, Protocol, and International/Specialty Etiquette.
