In Good Company: The training and development division of the Civility Group best known for corporate training. Topics range from the basics of business etiquette to dealing with office politics and conflict in your work environment. The most popular session is their signature “How Not to be a Cocktail Weenie” a mixing business and pleasure session. In Good Company also offers bilingual training. Karen Mallett and Lew Bayer are articulate, persuasive, and energetic speakers who are available for keynote presentations at conferences and conventions. The International Institute of Civility: The Canadian head office for the development of cross-cultural etiquette and communication. The IIC works with community, academic and not-for-profit groups to promote and teach cross-cultural and diversity programs as well as respect and leadership- in our homes, schools, and communities all over the world. The International Institute of Civility offers a range of programs on topics related to Canadian Customs, Multi-Cultural Etiquette, Protocol, and International/Specialty Etiquette.
